How we work together

Get in touch via the contact form, email or Instagram. I’ll get back to you within two business days and we’ll agree on the date, location and scope of the service. Your appointment is reserved once I confirm it.

Where I work

At my place in Prague 9, at your home or at the location required for the job. I travel throughout Prague and the Central Bohemian Region.

Travel

Travel within Prague 300 CZK. Outside Prague 11 CZK/km for the round trip. Plus any applicable parking fees.

Early start

If we start before 7:00 AM, an additional 500 CZK applies.

Pricing

The prices listed on the website are final. I am not VAT registered, so there are no additional charges. For custom projects, the price shown on the website is indicative and I’ll confirm the final price in advance based on the scope of the project.

If I need to cancel

If I need to cancel your appointment, I’ll refund everything you’ve paid and help you find a replacement.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers for a specific service or any amount are available on request. Get in touch via the contact form, email or Instagram.

Photography

I only use photos of clients on my website and social media if you give me your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Payment

You can pay for services either in cash on the day or in advance by bank transfer. For bridal makeup, the trial is paid for on the day of the trial and the remaining balance is paid on the wedding day. Commercial projects are invoiced with a 14-day payment term.

Personal makeup lesson deposit

A 500 CZK deposit is required when booking a personal makeup lesson and is deducted from the total price. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on the day of the lesson or by bank transfer in advance.

Cancelling a bridal booking

If you need to cancel your wedding booking, please let me know as soon as possible.

Cancelling a personal makeup lesson

You can cancel or reschedule your lesson free of charge up to 7 days in advance. If you cancel later or don’t show up, the 500 CZK deposit is non-refundable.

Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution

If we are unable to resolve an issue directly, you have the right to contact an alternative dispute resolution body. For my services, the relevant authority is:
